About Me:
Hola mis amores, my name is Joana, and I am a native Spanish speaker born and raised in Central America.
I had a major life change when I moved to the United States at fifteen. I had to learn a new language and it was challenging, but I fell in love with the process.
That’s why I’m so passionate about teaching Spanish and helping people become fluent. I love the rewarding process of helping adults become confident in Spanish so they can communicate and connect with native speakers.
My Story
Background
I have always dreamed of becoming a teacher. Still, I was not sure which subject I should teach until my early twenties, when I became friends with a coworker who wanted to learn Spanish and started asking me for help. It was then that I knew I had found a passion for teaching my Native language.
Teaching Experience
I have been teaching Spanish for a few years now, mostly to busy adults, and I have come to understand the real challenges people face when learning this very beautiful yet versatile language. I want to help as many people as I can, which is why I share my tips and knowledge on the internet.
My Unique Approach

Twice-a-Week is all you need method.
In these approach you receive two lessons per week (50 minutes each.) One lesson you learn grammar and the other you put it to practice with Native Speakers so you can become fluent fast and with confidence.
